Positive: Location was brilliant next to the Avon and also a park and ride into Bath City Centre within walking distance. Room decoration was excellent and comfort was good. Great to see so many young people employed as staff and they were very efficient and polite. Had a lovely meal at the Boathouse in the evening, The caramel cheesecake was world class !
Negative: The room was not value for money. No real milk was made available only UHT and for the room price there should have been a fridge in the room with real milk. Only one small armchair for a couple to watch tele, should be two. Television wouldn't connect to Wi-Fi so no Netflix or similar available. For the price it should have been available. The balcony was appalling with rotted holes in the decking floor and the railings were rotting away in places. Although it did appear structurally safe. Too long a delay from leaving your room to when the landing motion detector finally turned on the lights.
Summary: Great location, but not value for money.
